Coworking Spaces
More than desks, a launchpad for AI innovation
BSC AI Factory’s coworking spaces host top AI startups in a dynamic environment designed to foster growth, collaboration, and innovation. Located at Tech Barcelona – Pier07, the hub offers direct access to AI infrastructure, talent, and key industry players.
At Pier 07, you will find a unique environment designed to foster innovation and collaboration. The space includes an open-plan auditorium for up to 60 people, two panoramic terraces for around 100 standing guests with stunning views over Barcelona, fully equipped meeting rooms, and flexible work areas for startups, SMEs and project teams. These facilities are tailored to host events, workshops and meetings, while offering an inspiring setting to connect, co-create and accelerate AI-driven innovation.
Every six months, a new group of up to ten startups will be welcomed into a fully equipped shared incubation workspace. During acceleration programme cycles, capacity is temporarily reserved for selected participants to ensure a high-quality experience and encourage deeper synergies among peers.

Incubation spaces in Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye
Portugal in Guimarães & Lisbon
Portugal will host two fixed BSC AI Factory locations in Guimarães (near Minho University and the EuroHPC Deucalion supercomputer) and Lisbon. Both provide permanent coworking spaces for startups, SMEs, and public sector entities. In addition, temporary hubs will be set up closer to users for 1–4 weeks, tailored to regional needs. Special attention will be given to the Madeira and Azores regions, leveraging local innovation networks and institutions.
Romania in Bucharest
The ICI Bucharest hub will host BSC AI Factory users alongside researchers, mentors, and industry partners. It offers shared workspaces, laboratories, and high-speed connectivity. Activities follow a 6-month batch program including incubation, mentoring, networking, training, community building, and visibility initiatives.
Türkiye
No permanent hub will be established. Instead, short workshops (1–3 days) will be organized in technoparks, clustering areas, and universities with high concentrations of startups and SMEs.
