How does it work?

1.- Initial contact

Start by filling out a short online form. The BSC AI Factory team will request some information — who you are, your sector, your AI-related challenge or goal, and what kind of support you’re looking for. That’s easy! 

2.- One-to-One interview

A first call is scheduled to gain a clearer understanding of the situation. This informs the creation of a One-Page Diagnosis—a concise summary of needs, technical readiness, data availability, and AI maturity—which serves as the foundation for subsequent steps.

3.- Service presentation

Based on the diagnosis, a service package is proposed. It outlines the scope of services, duration, stakeholders involved, and expected outcomes. Upon mutual agreement, a simplified service agreement is signed, and implementation begins 

4.- Service delivery

A kickoff session is held to initiate the process, introduce the designated support contact, and clarify access to necessary resources. Service delivery then begins, providing access to infrastructure, data support, or expert guidance as required. Performance is monitored to ensure smooth operation. At the conclusion, feedback is collected and adjustments are made as needed
